	British War Medal to Private Harold Douthwaite (correct name Dowthwaite), number 38543, 1st/5th King’s Own. Served with the 1st/5th King’s Own Royal Lancaster Regiment. From Carnforth, and after military service employed at the Co-operative Warehouse in New Street, Carnforth. Died in around 1952. KO2607/01
