Colonels of the King's Own Royal Regiment

Colonel Sir Charles Orby

A staunch Roman Catholic, promoted from 3rd Troop of Life Guards by James II, to be Lieutenant Colonel 1 February 1688 vice Charles Trelawny. Removed by William III, who offered a reward of £200 for his arrest.
